Launch a New Business Line - Payroll

Client:

ADP, a Fortune 500 company, is one of the original paycheck outsourcing companies. It processes approximately one in six paychecks in the US and has growing global operations. In order to enhance growth, ADP has opened a number of adjunct business lines.

Situation:

In 2006, Senior Vice Presidents Vic Saliterman & Stuart Sackman asked VISION to help launch a new business line that would use pay-check inserts to market financial products to ADP's client companies' employees.

Intervention:

Launch included designing and implementing the marketing campaigns to employers and employees, the operating processes, and the IT systems. To achieve high coordination and speed, VISION established a command center to oversee the work.

Results:

The business line started operations in 5 months, as demanded by senior management.

Additionally, VISION helped ADP managers emphasize ADP brand values so the new business line would have a positive effect on the whole business.
