- have 5-7 years experience of working within a consultancy organisation
- have vertical experience primarily focused in the financial services sector
- have experience in design and delivering business process change
- are passionate, enthusiastic and with drive who are now looking for a challenge in their career
- are flexible and can travel (green card an advantage)
